ROSEMARY WINBUSH
Rosemary is an author, blogger, producer, and inspirational speaker focusing on helping others to better their lives in personal and career development. She is gifted in helping others reach their maximum potential through self-evaluation, developing directional tracks, and producing results that yield success. Her focus is a "you can do it" attitude. Helping others become successful in their personal lives is her primary goal.
Rosemary and her husband, Wyman, are owners of Kairos International. A 25-year company committed to educating, empowering and inspiring individuals to think BIG and know they are called to excellence. Wherever they go, they want to make communities better, because they train and empower the people who live there. Rosemary has worked in management in the areas of business for non-profit organizations, healthcare, insurance, and entrepreneurship. She is an author and has written corporate training manuals, coached other speaking professionals, and coached individuals in their professional careers.
She has worked in non-profit, managing over 250 volunteers and specialized leadership teams. Rosemary has leveraged her expertise to assist professionals and families develop better home environments for exceptional spiritual and educational growth which promotes healthy living. She is the founder of Connect Conference which is a specialized training gathering to inspire, develop, and release potential to help those who attend strive for excellence in the personal and professional environments.
Rosemary is the founder and host of the BEST Me Program for elementary age students and runs the program in local elementary schools. Through this program, she is able to encourage students to explore their goals and talents and to be their best.
She has developed networks and training outlets to reproduce excellence. Rosemary has presented to professional groups, families groups, students, and other groups at special workshops, conferences and training encounters. Rosemary is also a career and professional development coach. Rosemary is a graduate of Miller Hawkins Business College and Jacksonville University (magna cum laude).
Rosemary is a long-time minister in her local church. She and her husband, Wyman, have three amazing adult children.
